My Jenny update thus far. I've lost 17 pounds and after taking my measurements I've lost 10 inches off my body. Yippee! I'll keep plugging onward :)
Monday - Baked Garlic Salmon, Hash Browns, Fresh Green Beans and Asparagus.
Me: Meal on My Own. I had salmon and vegetables also.
Tuesday - Southwestern Chicken Soup W/Black beans & Corn. Cheese Bread.
Me: Jenny Chicken Fettuccine, vegetables.
Wednesday - Cracked Pepper & Roast Garlic Burgers, Homemade Onion Rings, Malts.
Me: Jenny Fish & Chips, vegetables.
Thursday - Not Your Average Meatloaf, Potato Bundles, Green Beans.
Me: Weigh In Day at Jenny :) Jenny Meatloaf, Vegetables.
Friday - TGIF! Date Night!
Me. Meal on my own.
Saturday - Go Cornerhusker's!! Emeril's Chili, Homemade Cinnamon Rolls.
Me: Jenny Beef Chili with Beans, Vegetables.
Sunday - Dry Rub Rib-eye, Pommes Chef Anne Skillet Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus.
Me: Jenny Salisbury Steak, Vegetables.
Dessert - Chunky Cinnamon Applesauce.
Chunky Cinnamon Applesauce
3 pounds of MacIntosh apples, peeled and cut in chunks
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup water
Place all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Applesauce with be both smooth and chunky.
