I finally got around to doing some fall decorating. I can't believe that it is already November. The holidays are approaching and it will soon be Christmas..I can't wait. I thought I would share some photos I have taken. I finally got a new living room set and I just love it. What does one do with our old worn out furniture once it has served its purpose through the years..I just hated to throw it away thinking someone surely could find a need for it. We called Goodwill and of course they were more than happy to take it off our hands and someone would be so happy to have it and enjoy it for a few more years. I felt so much better. Do you form an emotional attachment to your furniture?..lol I certainly was having issues with that..but now I'm fine :) As my family is fast growing by leaps and bounds with my children having grandbabies I have had to try and re-establish more space in my cottage. Pictures of the process will be forthcoming. I am finding it hard to find enough hours in my day to get everything done I need to..so it is taking me more time to accomplish the things I want...but be patient..I will be sharing very soon. The last few days I have been getting in some grandma bonding time with my newest grandbaby Bridger Sven Fredrick. He is now 2 months and they live in Wyoming but are back for a few days to do some hunting and I have gotten to babysit in the evenings...he was my first trick or treater on Halloween...My little Pumpkin....
Now going forward to the fall decorating.....enjoy!
We have had such an amazing fall..I hope everyone out there gets out to enjoy our brisk fall mornings and days. I find myself behind the computer most days but I try to get out and breath in some of that fresh fall air. I wish everyone a great rest of your week...and Happy Fall :)
