I'm still dieting on my Jenny Craig diet. I've lost 12 inches now and 21 pounds. The weather is getting cooler now and I"m finding it a challenge to keep my 2 mile walking up but I'm determined because I feel so great.
Monday - Pizza Stuffed Meatloaf, Baked potatoes, grilled asparagus.
Tuesday - Cheesy Vegetable Chowder. Crusty Bread.
Wednesday - Chicken Enchiladas. Chips and Salsa.
Thursday - Malibu Chicken Sandwiches, Salad.
Friday -TGIF! Date Night!....
Saturday - General Tso's Chicken, Fried Rice.
Sunday - Chicken Ala King, Biscuits.
Snack: O'Henry Bars
These are a great no-bake recipe. Perfect for when you need a peanut butter and chocolate fix!
1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo Syrup
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
5 c. rice krispies
1 c. butterscotch chips
1 c. chocolate chips
Bring sugar and syrup to a boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and rice krispies. Press mixture into a 9x13 pan. Melt together the butterscotch and chocolate chips. Spread over the top and cool completely before cutting into bars.
