I was blog reading this morning over at one of my favorite bloggers...Belladella. Her Sunday mornings look so peaceful and relaxing so I thought I would share with you my Sunday morning favorite place to be....
I love my swing. As many of you know this swing holds a lot of history for me. This is my Grandma Rhoda's and the swing is the original swing so when I sit out here I think of her.
The porch swing and my Grandma Rhoda....that is my big brother :)
I found this little bench at a little antique mart. I've been looking for a weathered red bench forever. Great for putting feet up and relaxing.
Upon entering the porch this is what you read..words I embrace everyday.....
My ferns...My porch isn't complete until I have them.......
Are you beginning to sense a color scheme?..I've decided to use red as my focal color.
My birdhouses. My porch wouldn't be complete without them..every one of the homes houses a family so when I am sitting on my porch swing..I'm kind of lets say disturbing the peace ...hehehe :)
My vintage mailbox...it sits on my porch with its flag up as if its waiting for mail but instead it has a new usage......
A perfect place to sit..early morning, at the end of the day...you'll find me resting and reflecting...my favorite Sunday morning place......

What a wonderful porch you have...love the swing and bench :) I have many fond memories of the porch on my Gram's swing...oh how I miss those days of sitting on it and chatting with her!

Okay I absolutely love that swing and that table! I have fond memories of sitting with my Mamaw on her swing...thanks for that sweet reminder. Your little red bench table is super cute too!!!
